Oh hey, look! I found my journal! I guess if I organized my trunk more often I wouldn't lose my books.
The snow is so pretty. I don't even really mind the cold all that much. Only a few more days until Valentine's Day, and then only a few more after that until my birthday! Okay, so it's more like 13 days after Valentine's, but still I'm really excited. And this is the first time I've actually been excited about Valentine's. I already got an owl from Guyon - he sent me a dozen chocolate roses! My other brothers don't send me gifts for Valentine's anymore, but Guyon says he always will, no matter how old I get. He always sends the best birthday gifts, too.

I feel a bit lazy for not bothering to check my journal on holiday. We did have a full house; of course all my brothers came home. Laertes and Angelica stayed over for almost two weeks, and Guyon brought his new girlfriend Rebecca for us to meet. Edmund was there, too, obviously, but he didn't bring anyone. Mum's making a fuss because he's not married and not dating anyone. What Mum doesn't know is that he is dating someone, but she's a Muggle. Guyon told me. Ed is just waiting to tell her about us until he's sure she's the one.
My holidays were lovely, and hope everyone else's was, too. All that food and sleeping in...I think I'm going to have to work extra hard to get back on schedule.

I don't understand. I went up to see Charity, just to make sure she was okay you know, and there are more people in the infirmary. Nobody seems to know what's going on.
You don't think it's another attack, do you? I mean, everybody was acting like pretty okay people before now. |

I really hate it when people can't get along.
The ball was lovely. With my mask, not many people realized who I was at first. That was kind of fun. I didn't stay long but while I was there I enjoyed myself.
Last week a lot of people were talking about nightmares. I wasn't having them then, but I had a pretty terrible one last night. Oh, I do hate that squid. |
